Author Bio

Joshua Ploeg used to sing in punk bands (Select Sex, Mukilteo Fairies, Lords of Lightspeed, Behead the Prophet N.L.S.L., Warm Streams), and now cooks vegan seven course meals and tours in a fashion similar to the band tours of yore, mostly doing dinner parties.
