In their second series, the Curious Gardeners explore how traditional and contemporary garden design relates to the planning and planting of contemporary gardens. Each of the six programmes tackles an individual theme, exploring the key design components that are part of many gardens: water, materials, form, sculpture, planting and time. Guy and Gordon design a city garden from scratch and we follow its progress through the series to the gorgeous finished garden. Illustrated with inspirational photographs of classic and contemporary gardens.
