Designer, patternmaker, and sewing instructor Steffani Lincecum has more than 30 years of experience sewing for Hollywood films, TV, and theater. She is the author of Patternmaking for a Perfect Fit (Potter Craft, 2010), has had articles published in Sew it All and Mia magazines, and has appeared on on Sew It All TV and Sewing With Nancy (both on PBS). Steffani, who specializes in teaching ready-to-wear alteration, garment copying, and tailoring, has taught at the American Sewing Guild Conference, and teaches four classes for Craftsy.com: Pattern Drafting from Ready to Wear; Classic Tailoring: The Blazer; Inside Vogue Patterns: Inside Vogue Patterns: Coat Making Techniques; and Sewing Machine Feet from A to Z. She is also a Draper for American Players Theatre in Spring Green, Wisconsin, and a Costume Designer for Forward Theatre Company in Madison, Wisconsin. She lives in Cross Plains, Wisconsin.
