Author Bio

Jo Barnfieldis a technical illustrator and professional designer and constructionist. Jo has worked in higher education for many years, and shared her expertise as a Lecturer in Fashion Design at Bath Spa University before teaching in her current role at the University of the West of England. Jo has worked for Jasmine Di Milo, Neurotica, and HFH clothing, and has co-authored two books:The Pattern Cutting PrimerandThe Vintage Pattern Selector(2012).

Andrew Richardsis a Senior Technical Demonstrator for Bath Spa's undergraduate Fashion Design programme. Andrew has previously worked as a designer for Valentino, and studied their MA at the Royal College of Art.
