Author Bio

Green has always been a part of Jill Potvin Schoff's life, as she was born and raised in the Green Mountains of northern Vermont. The mountains instilled in her a love of clean air, clean water, and all living things. She learned almost forgotten rural arts like canning, pickling, and maple sugaring at her mother's and grandmother's knees.
