Written by a stand-up comic with a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, this book features an incredible range of patents for inventions that strain the boundaries of imagination, taste and any form of usefulness!
Daniel Wright has an engineering degree from Columbia University, has studied Clown and Commedia Dell'Arte at the Dell'Arte International School of Physical Theatre, in northern California, and after several years with the award-winning puppet theatre company, Tears of Joy, in Portland, Oregon, he now works in New York City as a stand-up comedian. Illustrator Alex Eben Meyer has enjoyed making obtuse and creative mechanical drawings and designs of patents since he was a small child. An illustrator and designer, Alex is a regular contributor to the New York Times and PC Magazine. He designs and illustrates skateboards for 5Boro NYC, and T-shirts for the Little Idiot Collective.
