Author Bio

Romy Fraser has a background in teaching. She then trained as a homoeopath and founded Neal's Yard Remedies in 1981 as an apothecary, selling a wide range of herbs, homoeopathic remedies, essential oils and flower remedies. She and the staff at Neal's Yard Remedies used their knowledge of traditional herbs and oils to develop a range of toiletries packed in distinctive blue glass bottles to ensure their quality. She regularly makes her own creams and lotions for use by family and friends.
