Author Bio

Nick Fauchald is a Brooklyn-based writer, editor and publisher of Short Stack Editions. Nick is also the creator and owner of All Day Media, a food consulting firm.
Rotem Raffe is the creative director, designer and illustrator of Short Stack Editions.
Their first full-length book, The Short Stack Cookbook, published by ABRAMS Books, comes out in October of 2016.
