Authored by the founders of the award-winning BlackFULLness app, this gorgeous gratitude journal features research-validated techniques and writing exercises for reducing stress, easing anxiety and anger, and staying grounded and present in challenging situations. Created for and by Black folks, GrateFULLness demystifies and decolonizes mindfulness practices while acknowledging the unique stressors and marginalization faced by Black individuals. Through 90 days of self-reflection and writing exercises, this guided journal offers a healing journey toward self-discovery, empowerment, and inner peace.
