She has studied various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, energy psychology, and creative thinking. Keila is a Certified Sound Therapist and Sound Healer, and certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Practitioner. When Keila began to see the limitations of traditional therapy, she explored alternative methods of inner healing and mind-reframing.
