Art Shamskywon a World Series with the 1969 "Miracle" New York Mets. Since his playing days, Shamsky has worked as a radio and television sports broadcaster in the New York area. With Erik Sherman, he is the author ofAfter the Miracle: The Lasting Brotherhood of the '69 Mets.
