Michael Connors is an expert in Caribbean antiques and architecture. He has over thirty years of experience in writing, consultation, and teaching in fine and decorative arts. He received a Ph.D. in Decorative Arts from New York University where he taught for fifteen years. He has written many books, including Havana Modern: 20th Century Architecture and Interiors (2014), The Splendor of Cuba (2012), Caribbean Houses: History, Style, and Architecture (2009) and British West Indies Style: Antigua,Jamaica, Barbados and Beyond (2010).
