Peter Helliar is one of Australia's favourite comedians. Bridget Helliar has spent much of her life planning trips, going on trips and then repeating those two steps again and again. Determined not to allow motherhood and marriage to stop her from travelling, Bridget first pitched the idea for this book during a family trip to France in 2010. As usual, it took her husband a long time to recognise what a brilliant idea it was.Bridgets favourite travel destinations include France, Japan and the Mornington Peninsula. She once lost her bikini top jumping off a yacht in the Greek Islands and is eternally grateful this occurred before the advent of the iPhone.
