Scott Watkins-Sully has played the role of the Idler's (Coodabeens) 'On the Road Chef' for three seasons of this popular radio program on ABC radio. He is a seasoned road warrior who has travelled far and wide to visit and review pubs around Australia. Scott has had a wide and varied career, working in film, television and radio, run a fine food deli and most recently set up his own brewery, Braidwood Traditional Ales.
