Umussy Princess of Green Hell is the uncommon story of a white man who traveled the jungle of the Amazon and discovered the love of his life within its depths. Together they started living beyond borders, between civilization and wilderness, across two continents and with two mentalities. Two lives that couldn't be more different became one inside their hearts. Intended for any reader with an interest in the wilds of South America and the beauty of a pure love story, those who already know the story from German television will be especially interested in how it began.
Umussy is a native Amazone who was born deep in the jungle of Amazonas in Brazil somewhere near the Columbian border - a place where beautiful nature as well as darkness shake hands every day.She grew up there the first 15 years of her life, the family living deep in the jungle where her father had to travel many days alone through the wilderness to arrive at his workplace in Columbia. When he returned, often after weeks of separation, he supplied his family with food and money. Sometimes in 2002 Umussys' clan went down to Sao Joao de Tupe, Brazil, to settle down and to start a new life, a new future far away from the dark side of the border.
