Palmer O. Johnson was a professor of statistics and education at the University of Minnesota. He is the author of Curricular Problems in Science at the College Level (Minnesota, 1930) and Aspects of Land Grant College Education (Minnesota, 1934). Munamarty S. Rao was a research associate at the University of Minnesota and an industrial statistical consultant.
