He is a fellow in the American College of Surgeons and is a member of the Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons. He is the author of A Simple Guide to Thyroid Disorders and The Surgery HandbookA Guide to Understanding Your Operation. He lives in Bristol, Rhode Island. Dr Scott Isaacs MD, is a medical director at The Intelligent Health Centre in Atlanta, Georgia, overseeing a staff of eight health professionals who offer state of the art care in the fields of endocrinology, diabetes management, metabolism, general health, nutrition, and weight management. He is board certified in endocrinology, metabolism, diabetes, and internal medicine.
