This is R. A. Sanders' first book. These Christian meditations, prayers and poems have been selected from the daily journal he has kept for nearly 50 years. Many of these reflections have been used in weekly Bible classes taught by the author. Not a traditional daily devotion book, the entries may be read in order or at random. The immediacy and frankness of these selections give the reader a window into the author's own devotional life which has been influenced by such varied authors as A. W. Tozer, C. S. Lewis, Oswald Chambers and Thomas a Kempis. Several inspirational poems conclude this brief but thought-provoking work.

Author Bio

Rick A. Sanders is a native Floridian. He is a musician, poet and Bible teacher. He has had several poems published and the daily journal he has maintained for decades is the source of his first devotional book. Rick is an avid reader and guitarist. He is now retired after a long career in the criminal justice field.
He and his wife Margarita live in Niceville, Florida.
