It was a leap of faith on my part when I agreed to teach the Book of Job in our church's Bible School. Then, somewhere in the midst of my studies, a chain reaction began to take place of newly revealed and illuminated truths that harmonized with the rest of Scripture. These truths were not unknown, nor do I claim exclusive knowledge of God or His Word, but the Book of Job shed light on truths in such a way as to provoke great excitement in me. I laughed; I cried; I rejoiced; I prayed in the Spirit; I worshipped and I felt like I could explode with joy to find someone and tell them, "YOU'VE GOT TO READ THE BOOK OF JOB! IT MAKES PERFECT SENSE! DO YOU KNOW WHAT'S IN THAT BOOK" Now I love the Book of Job! I love how Job endures through trial with his integrity still intact! I love how God reveals Himself in the end! It inspires me, encourages me, and MOVES me! My prayer is that it also moves YOU.This book will answer the following questions and much more:Why is the Book of Job important to understandWhy would God allow a righteous man to sufferWas Job in faith or was he in fearWas it God's will to allow the death of Job's childrenIs divine justice too confusing for man to understandHow are we to judge othersDoes God make us sick to teach us a lessonWhat was wrong with the arguments of Job's friendsIs Elihu really an Old Testament type of JesusWhat about Behemoth and Leviathan
