Author Bio

MARGARET BENEFIEL is CEO of ExecutiveSoul.com and a nationally known expert in the field of spirituality in organizations. She serves as program chair for the Management, Spirituality, and Religion Group at the Academy of Management. Dr. Benefiel currently teaches at Andover Newton Theological School in Boston and the Milltown Institute in Dublin, Ireland. She lives in Dorchester, Massachusetts. Geraldine Holton is the author of Wisdom Supervision and Soul Gardening. She is lecturer in the department of spirituality and director of supervisory practice at Milltown Institute in Ireland. She is also Chair of the Supervisors Association of Ireland and vice chair of the All Ireland Spiritual Guidance Association of Ireland.
