Joshua Cockayne is Mission Lead at Holy Trinity Church, Boar Lane, Leeds, and an honorary research fellow at St Mary's College, University of St Andrews, UK. Jonathan C. Rutledge is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Center for Philosophy of Religion, University of Notre Dame, USA.
