Saori Okada is the founder of Mogami Wellness, which offers a unique perspective on Japanese holistic wellness and wisdom deeply rooted in cultural traditions. With over twenty-five years of experience in Japanese calligraphy, practising under her gifted name (Seisen), and being Japanese herself, she has a strong connection to Japan's heritage.
Certified as a transformational nutrition coach (CTNC) and a U.K. health coach, Saori integrates modern wellness practices with ancient wisdom. She holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and has over seven years of experience in marketing and media analytics in New York and Toronto. Now based in the UK, Saori leads Mogami Wellness, providing coaching, education and experiences inspired by the art of Japanese wellbeing.
