After 20+ years and top executive roles in the casino industry-including top positions with Harrah's Entertainment, Caesar's Entertainment, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and others, Dawn Ammons is a sought-after leadership consultant, executive coach, and motivational speaker. Dawn held positions such as Corporate Vice President of Training, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Human Resources with Harrah's Entertainment and Caesar's Entertainment. She was awarded the highest leadership award within Harrah's Entertainment by the Chairman of the Board, Phil Satre.

As founder and Chief Heart Officer of Going All In Performance Group, Dawn's passion lies in inspiring people to become their best selves, personally and professionally. She works with companies to improve their teams through leadership development, training, and coaching.

Dawn is a graduate of The University of Kansas and is originally from Hutchinson, Kansas. This is her first book.

Dawn's priorities are her relationships with Jesus Christ and her family. She also enjoys working out, volunteering, strong coffee, her rescue dog Maci, and laughing.

She and her husband, Randy (a 36-year veteran of the United States Air Force), live in Brandon, Mississippi and have two adult children, Brooke and Case.
