In fact, He has provided many ways to harness calm even within the hustle and bustle of modern life. This workbook features simple exercises and action-oriented steps that incorporate solid mental health strategies with Christian teaching about Gods provision and healing.

The book guides you through:

  • Gratitude practices
  • Finding calm in God's creation
  • Taking honest feelings to God through connecting with Scripture, praying, and journaling
