For over 10 years he served in multiple capacities of leadership at Redemption Church in Greenville, SC under Pastor Ron Carpenter. At Redemption, Ryan was the Young Adults Pastor, a worship leader, and was charged with developing a creative team that succeeded in expanding the reach of the church to the Millennial generation. While serving in ministry Ryan developed a passion for teaching and preaching and was placed under the stewardship of Dr. Cindy Trimm since 2007.
