The author has, has for several years now, observed the serious problem of homelessness and addictions in a large metropolitan city. It is believed that this is something that the general population may be aware of, but needs to consider just how our communities can deal with these issues. Author Bio

Full-time pastor for forty five years; part-time college professor; currently a part-time chaplain at a rescue mission. Also served as a police chaplain for, at least, fifteen years.
