Description

I was led by the Holy Spirit to attempt 100 days of fasting by incorporating fruit and vegetables juices. I share the bible verses I read, the juices I make, the workouts and fitness routines I go through on a daily basis. I share with the audience an honest doorway into my daily life and my daily struggles. I candidly share how I used to self-medicate with sex, drugs and alcohol. I also share that I was am emotional eater. I attempted and completed 100 days of fasting to purge my body all of all the impurities, mentally, physically and spiritually this is my journey which I share with the reader. My goal is to help the reader realize that we all have hang-ups in life. I am just a regular person just like you. If I can do it so can you.
