Father Bob Mendonca is the English language Director of the Charismatic Renewal of the Diocese of Oakland, California. He came to the priest in later life. Father was happily married for 24 years. He work as a church musician for almost 35 years. He studied composition and conducting at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Fr. Bob worked in broadcasting and taught Music and English in Union City, California for 15 years. After the death of his wife, he entered st. Patrick's Seminary in Menlo Park. His current book explores the connection between faith in Christ and joy. There is a royal road which makes faith come alive, a road that can lead us through the most trying of times.
