The Barth-Brunner correspondence, containing 174 letters, offers a glimpse into the dynamic interactions of two of the twentieth century's greatest theological minds. David Andrew Gilland received a MTS from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC, USA and a PhD in Systematic Theology from the University of Aberdeen, UK. He currently teaches at Leuphana University, Lneburg, Germany.
