Author Bio

Laurie is married with two adult daughters. Her devotion to ministry began in college as a volunteer Young Life leader working with teen girls. She continued volunteering with Young Life until she had daughters of her own. She coordinated their public school's Moms in Prayer group throughout her children's school years.
Currently, she serves on the Women's Ministry Team and leads Bible studies, based on her written curriculum, at her home church.
Laurie is passionate about creating tools to help moms carry their fears and worries for their children to the foot of the cross. Instead of moms turning to the world for solutions, she wants to help those moms take their hurting hearts to God's throne of grace.
