This book shows the connection between the city of Babylon mentioned in the Bible and the Babylonian system influencing the church and secular world today. The book reveals the connection between the gods of Rome, Greece, and Egypt along with their connection to ancient Babylon. Aside from dealing with the gods of these empires, the book addresses various symbols used by churches and other religious groups and exposes various modern terms and code words used by New Age occultists to deceive unsuspecting Christians.
It deals with negative elements promoted on television, and touches on the little-known part Africans played in the Bible. In addition, the book addresses the cover-ups made in the academic world along with the mind control techniques and experiments conducted by government agencies.
Paul Hunter is an ordained minister with a bachelor's degree in liberal arts, a master's in history and a master's in theology. Aside from this book, which deals with church history and eschatology, he has written an expose based on his research and experience in an African American cult. He has written a booklet on comparative religion, and a dictionary on religion and symbols, a reference book on the Bible, and is currently working on another literary project.
In addition, Paul Hunter has done workshops and lectures on paganism and church history. He has also taught English as a Second Language, public speaking, and civics along with various other subjects, has pastored a mission in New York City and is currently working with two churches. During his free time, he enjoys reading books on history, comparative religion, cults, ancient religions, and folk customs. In addition, he conducts a bible study on Fridays, gives lectures and sermons at other churches and engages in an outreach in the metropolitan community, and has done volunteer work at a local community center.
