Author Bio

Jim Harger has been teaching non-traditional students for ten years. In the past five years, he has taught over 150 classes, most of which were online, at regionally accredited colleges and universities. In addition to teaching, Jim draws on his own experience earning over 200 credit-hours as a non-traditional student, culminating in two master's degrees, one of which was completed entirely online. Prior to teaching full-time, he worked for a university managing the day-to-day activities of a center for adult and graduate studies working with students from application to graduation. Jim lives with his wife, Beth, in northern Colorado.
