Author Bio

Daniel R. Tomal, Ph.D.is a Distinguished Professor of Leadership at Concordia University Chicago teaching research and leadership. He has authored over twenty five books, two hundred studies and articles. He is a former vice president, teacher, and consultant.



John Schwartz is an Associate Professor of Research and Director of Assessment at Concordia. He has extensive experience in conducting and validating research, and developing and analyzing surveys. He has conducted numerous research studies and grants.
