Paul K. Ainsworth is the Acting Principal of a Leicestershire secondary school. He is a Research Associate for the National College School of Leadership and a member of the editorial panel of Sec Ed. Paul frequently has articles published in a wide range of educational publications including Secondary Headship and CPD Update and he is also regularly approached to speak at national teaching conferences.
