He currently supports professional learning initiatives for the Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and the Blind. He received his M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University, is a Level 1 Google CertifiedEducator and a certified facilitator for the National Institute for School Leadership. Shelly Pollnow received herEd.D. inPolicy and Administration from Arizona State University, her M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction and Elementary Education from Arizona State University and her B.S. in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University. She has spent over 20 years of her education career in Arizona teaching diverse learners in Grades 1 through 6 as an inclusion classroom teacher as well as a gifted program teacher.
