Satyam has 17 years experience working as a coach and coach trainer. She has trained hundreds of individuals in coaching skills, including working with various large organisations to create an internal resource of coaches. From 2008-2011 she held the position of Global Head of Training and Development for international coaching school, NeuroLeadership Institute (formerly Results Coaching Systems). This role included heading up a global team of over 100 coach trainers, mentors and assessors. For the past 10 years she has been successfully supporting her clients to develop mindfulness, as well as facilitating training programs to support coaches to practice and apply mindfulness within coaching. She is accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
