Author Bio

James W. Koschoreck is an associate professor in the Urban Educational Leadership Program at the University of Cincinnati. In 2008-09, he served as the president of the University Council for Educational Administration. His research interests include educational policy and politics, and LGBTQ issues in education.

Autumn K. Tooms is an associate professor of PreK-12 educational administration at Kent State University. Her research addresses three topics: the study of politics related to the principalship, the study and support of those who aspire to the principalship, and the study of issues relevant to novice principals.
