Author Bio

GRETCHEN SCHWARZ is Associate Professor in the School of Curriculum and Educational Leadership in Oklahoma State University's College of Education and is Co-Director of the Oklahoma State University Writing Project. She is the author of numerous articles appearing in The Teacher Educator and Educational Leadership. JOYE ALBERTS is Co-Director of the Oklahoma State University Writing Project and a Lecturer in the university's Department of English.
