Jacquie Turnbull has been a secondary teacher, an HE lecturer and a trainer specialising in improving teachers' personal and professional effectiveness. She is the Director of Accende, a company that uses profiling to improve professional effectiveness, and also Proacademe, where she provides coaching for leaders and potential leaders in education. Jacquie was honoured to be awarded an MBE in 2011 for her work in education.
