Author Bio

CYNTHIA J. LEVY has taught politics at numerous colleges and universities including The Colorado College, The Naval Postgraduate School, and in Eastern Europe. She served in the Department of Defense under Caspar Weinberger and also was on the Capitol Hill staff for a number of years. JEFFREY D. SCHULTZ is president of Jeffrey D. Schultz & Co., Inc. He has taught political science and history at a number of colleges, including White Pines College and The Colorado College. He was the associate editor for the two-volume Encyclopedia of the Democratic Party and the two-volume Encyclopedia of the Republican Party. He is currently editing a book on presidential scandals.
