The Saban Center for Middle East Policy at Brookings recently assembled a small group of experts to consider U.S. policy toward Iraq in all of its dimensionsmilitary, political, and economic. Kenneth M. Pollack is a senior fellow in Foreign Policy Studies at the Brookings Institution, where he is research director for the Saban Center.
