Oleg Kharkhordin is Associate Professor in the Department of Political Sciences and Sociology, European University at St. Petersburg, Russia. Professor Kharkhordin holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and taught classes as a visiting professor at Yale and Harvard.
