Mark A. Abramson is executive director of The PricewaterhouseCoopers Endowment for The Business of Government. Prior to joining the Endowment, he was chairman of Leadership Inc. Mr. Abramson served as the first president of the Council for Excellence in Government. He also served in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Kevin M. Bacon is a partner, PwC Consulting and currently leads a major portion of the firm's U.S. public sector practice and is based in Washington, D.C. In his 21 years with the firm, he has consulted to a wide range of public sector clients in the areas of strategy, process improvement, performance measurement, organizational design, and change management. He has contributed to two books on change management and leadership, Better Change: Best Practices for Transforming Your Organization and Straight from the CEO.
