Author Bio

Edward Erler is professor emeritus of political science at California State University, San Bernardino and Senior Fellow of the Claremont Institute. He is the author, most recently, of The United States in Crisis: Citizenship, Immigration, and the Nation State (Encounter: 2022); Property and the Pursuit of Happiness (Rowman & Littlefield: 2019); editor (with Ken Masugi) of The Rediscovery of America: Essays by Harry V. Jaffa on the New Birth of Politics (Rowman & Littlefield: 2019). Professor Erler has publisher numerous articles in professional journals and law reviews and served on the California Advisory Commission on Civil Rights.
