LEIGH RIBYis Senior Lecturer at Northumbria University, UK, where he is also the programme leader for the MSc Nutrition and Psychological Science. MICHAEL SMITH is Senior Lecturer at Northumbria University, UK, and he holds a PhD in cognitive neuroscience from the University of Western Australia. JONATHAN FOSTER is currently Senior Research Fellow in Psychology at Curtin University, Australia and Clinical Professor in Neuropsychology in the Health Department of Western Australia.
