Author Bio
Martin Innes is professor in the School of Social Sciences at Cardiff University. Gareth Madge is a former director of legal services in the South Wales Police. Trudy Lowe is a research fellow at Cardiff University's Security, Crime, and Intelligence Innovation Institute.
