Author Bio

CONSTANCE EMERSON CROOKER is a writer and a retired attorney living in Portland, Oregon. Her law practice has included defense of gun crimes. She was director of the office of the Tillamook Public Defender and has also managed a private practice of law, emphasizing criminal defense.
