This book focuses on the historical and contemporary issues, migration narratives, diasporic identity formations, and literary, artistic and cultural representations of Caribbean immigrants of Asian descent in the Caribbean diaspora.

This book seeks to center an Asian Caribbean diaspora, it in no way positions an Asian Caribbean in isolation from the other racialized bodies, and the processes which brought them to the Americas and the Caribbean, processes which within the framework of liberal personhood, excluded them.
