Michele is a sociologist with a 30+ year career as a university faculty member and research director for not-for-profit and for-profit organizations serving federal, state and local governments. Her areas of research interest are program evaluation and policy analysis. She has taught courses in American Society, Society and the Individual, Criminal justce, Juvenile Justice, Social Psychology, and Social Problems.
