In "Do unto Brothers", R. Kent Smith takes the Golden Rule and candidly discusses our responsibilities to consider those around us in every decision. His discussion of ethics, integrity, and conflict resolution is an incredible look into oneself.
Do Unto Brothers is broken into three sections.
The Mandate: The responsibility each of us have to each other is without excuse.
The Model: A 5-Step approach to conflict resolution.
